The Sioux Revolution PROCLAMATION:
Marxist-Leninist-Maoist Action was started by the MLM of the Sioux Nation.
We mark here our proclamation. 
Our demands will be met.
The Sioux Revolution PROCLAMATION 
#1 We demand that the sacred Black Hills be returned to our People, the Sioux Nation. 
#2 We demand that a permanent dismantlement of the primary contradiction which is United States of America. 
#3 We demand territorial rights and migration autonomy on our Continent, what the White Settlers call the Americas.
#4 We demand an end to the sectarian rivalry of the secondary contradictions of tribal disputes between ourselves the Sioux and other Indigenous "Amerindian" Nations of this land. 
#5 We demand the criminalization of the Settler Colonial Cultures of Whiteness, those of European descent must apply to us for citizenship.
  #6 We demand the normalization of the languages of the various peoples of the Indigenous "Amerindian" Nations of this land and a planned process for the marginalization of the English language on this land.
#7 We demand Marxism-Leninism-Maoism replace Americanism as the dominating Social Ideology propagated on this land. 
#8 We demand the immediate criminalization of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, the Ku Klux Klan, the Seventh Day Adventists, the Southern Baptist Church, the Church of Scientology and the disgraceful Church of Satan which is nothing but a reactionary Cult. 
#9 We demand the peaceful coexistence between the Roman Catholic Indigenous "Amerindians" and the Older Diverse Traditional Indigenous "Amerindians". 
#10 We will form a New Proletarian Federation-State which can ensure the liberty and dignity and National-Cultural Autonomy of everyone worthy to stay on this land, even those of European descent so long as they recognize that we hold the Sovereignty of this land and that they do not. We diligently struggle to ensure the coexisting Auto-determination of the many diverse Indigenous "Amerindian" Nations. We do not forget the Genocide and Cultural Genocide of the Western Christian forces (both Catholic and Protestant) in their Crusade to kill us. We call upon the Black New Afrikan People to help us build this New Proletarian Federation-State. Collective Cultural dignity is not odious, it is never trivial. Reparation must come to us and this must come at the expense of the Colonizers. The right of the Indigenous Proletariat to repress the Colonial Bourgeoisie by the use of State Might is humane and just. When a long train of abuses and usurpations, pursuing invariably the same object, evinces a design to reduce them under absolute despotism, it is their right, it is their duty, to throw off such government, and to provide new guards for their future security. 
The American Indian Movement (AIM) serves as inspiration for much of what Marxist-Leninist-Maoist Action is built on, but we go beyond AIM. Dogmatism is just as much a virus for Marxism as is revisionism, we embrace National-Cultural Autonomy for those living our Continent is logical, and only a dogmatic and perhaps even eurocentric Marxist could appose our stances. While everyone on our Continent must be ensured National-Cultural Autonomy, Indigenous "Amerindian" Nations must be ensured a  National-Cultural Autonomy that is also territorial, likewise for our Black Comrades. 
The claim made, that we should abandon technology because it is European is fallacious, modern technology could have just as easily been engineered by the Chinese. Marxist-Leninist-Maoist Action was started by the Marxist-Leninist-Maoists of the Sioux Nation, but every Sioux member of Marxist-Leninist-Maoist Action is terminal and to few in number so we leave the future of Marxist-Leninist-Maoist Action for the rest of this body to decide. The Sioux Revolution PROCLAMATION is our contribution to the struggle.

Our view of the Mexica Movement

Many of you are already know who we are. But we are now being asked what our view is of the Mexica Movement. Before answering this question we might as well introduce ourselves to those who don't know who we are. We are Marxist-Leninist-Maoist Action. Marxist-Leninist-Maoist Action is an Indigenous Tribal "American" grouping of Sioux, Apache, Navajo and Cherokee. We cannot afford to worry about the settler population. We are against any and all participation in U.S elections. We are against Americanism and demand its removal. We demand a Proletarian State and we demand an end to the Colonial Occupation by the "White" European Settlers. Europeans must apply to us for citizenship.
